These beautiful fabric lined ruffle scarves have silky smooth fabric! The colors are vibrant and bright! Again, the blue one is my favorite! To get the look in the first picture I tied the ends together and wrapped it around the neck twice putting the tied part in the front. These ruffle scarves are so versitile!
